Prior to my trip I had an accident & spranged my ankle very bad. So the doctor recommend me not to cancel this trip & reschedule after surgery & recovery!! However, I explained to Expedia customer service, & sent a message to Pets Blossom & Chateau Elysee that I would like a refund for now until after my surgery/recovery, then I will reschedule my trip. I got a reply from Expedia customer service, but NO reply from Pets Blossom & Chateau Elysee!!
Didnât answer to check in. No front desk.

I was really shock when i arrived that they did not let me check in because it was fully booked.. I did book the room 1 month before the check in date and i did call the a day before to to confirm it... And also 3 hours before im going to check in, I also called the host during i was on the taxi on my way to the condo hotel.. But then i arrived there, they told me they are fully booked...It was long flight for me all the way from UK and then i arrived in there place, i have no place to stay... Until now they did not refund me.. It was a very very bad experience.. i try to email them and call them but no answer until now...
