The receptionist was very helpful when we walked in and helped me make a reservation on my APP so we can check in at almost 10 PM. One staff took care of our 6 luggages even if I have 2 sons with me. The staff opens the door for you and even carried my shopping bags by the elevator. The parking staff were also very accommodating. The price is surprisingly excellent. The rooms are clean and the housekeeper was making sure our garbage or towels were fresh and clean. Thanks and I will definitely stay here again. Red Planet was an excellent place in my favorite area to eat so it made my stay so special. We loved it!

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The hotel rooms are your basic ones and the hotel felt a bit dated, but we don’t mind that. The staff were pleasant and there was a cafe in the lobby but we didn’t get to try it. The location was great for exploring Intramuros and Binondo, so it did the job for what we needed. Would stay here again.

I did not have to park. My GRAB service was able to park with ease for us. Located next to 7-11 and a 3 min walk from China Town. Exit and to the left. Very clean. Always had security at door. Got confused on my last day and staff helped me stay a bit longer to get my flight corrected. Thank you so much for your compassion. Staff tried to help me. Room was perfect.
