The staff was very friendly, room was very clean with complementary snacks and coffee , nice location near the stores, gas station and beach ! Little Walk to Marshfield fair.

Nice renovation. Not enough surfaces to put my things esp in bathroom. Likewise needs two chairs not just one. Metal bottom to bed makes annoying sound when accidentally bumped. Not quiet-not enough insulation between rooms. Some of outlets not working. Staff was extraordinarily nice. Renovation is attractive.

I had a great experience during my stay! The bed was super comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. All of the amenities were exactly as described online — clean, convenient, and well-maintained. Everything was easy to access, and the space felt welcoming and relaxing. Overall, an excellent stay — I’d definitely recommend it and would gladly return!

This is a bare bones property. There was a desk chair in the king-size room, but no other chair to sit on . The front desk hours are extremely limited, but they do make arrangements for you to have early or late check-in. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep, this is a good stop over.

Advertise noise proof if it's actually noise proof

Place was nice staff was nice. The one young lady I met however the people above me were like bulls in the china shop and every time they heard me move they reacted to it it was just ridiculous it gave me no sense of privacy. I left there at 8:00 p.m. after checking in at 3:00.

I booked a reservation with them because I needed a place to stay because my fiancée has cervical cancer and I thought the hotel was located in Quincy because of how it was displayed online. So after I paid for the room I immediately noticed it was located in marshfield and called the property for help with the reservation letting them know my situation only for them not to be able to help me. I immediately reached out to Expedia only to be told the hotel marked me as a no show even though I explained my situation letting them know that was all the money I had and I needed it back. Just to be told there was nothing they could do so I lost almost 300 dollars in a matter of hours. I went from being homeless to now broke and homeless because they refused to give me a refund for my stay when I explained I had no way to get to marshfield from Boston nor did I know where marshfield was located. So if your going to book here make sure to confirm before hand where the property is located because you don’t want to be like me and pay for a room that you can’t afford to get to or know where it’s located. So you basically giving away free money because they don’t care and won’t help you or give you your money back. No matter how much you need it.

Check-in was a challenge. We spoke with 3 different people. The code to the door didn't work. We had to get our own key from the office. Positive: The room was updated although there was no chair to sit in.
