Guests have full, private access to the apartment and secure parking space. Youâll also have access to the buildingâs premium facilities, including the indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, spa, and gym.
The keys are located just next door but within the same building complex. Key collection and drop-off times are to be within these hours: Monday to Wednesday - 6am to 9pm Thursday to Saturday - 6am to 10pm Sundays and Public Holidays - 9am to 8pm If you need to check-in or check-out outside of these hours, prior arrangements will need to be made.

Please note: As the apartment sits above a few local eateries, you may occasionally notice mild food aromas or soft ambient sounds when out on the balcony, particularly during peak meal times. These are minimal and rarely noticed inside the apartment, but we like to keep our guests informed so there are no surprises.
COMPLIANCE & SAFETY For safety and compliance, a government-issued ID, completion of our check-in form and rental agreement is required prior to arrival. House Rules (in addition to the above):
Rule 1: Respect check-in and check-out times. You can request earlier check-in and later check-out for a fee.
Unauthorised late check-outs will incur a $50/hr fee. Check-outs past noon will result in a fee equivalent to a dayâs base rate without discounts. This fee does not grant possession of the property for the day.
Rule 2: Please report any damage as it happens
Rule 3: Take care of your keys Locked out? A $50 fee applies for assistance, rising to $150 after 6pm and on weekends. Lost keys and/or access swipes incur a $250 replacement fee.
Rule 4: No unregistered guests Only guests included in the reservation are allowed. Unauthorised guests will incur a $100 fine per person, and your booking may be cancelled without refund.
Rule 5: Treat the property with care. Please leave the property the way you found it. Excess cleaning may result in additional fees.
Rule 6: No illegal substances The storage or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in eviction without refund.

Please also note: General Building Rules - Contact us via Airbnb if you need any assistance. Do not contact the building concierge. - Do not smoke anywhere inside the building including the apartment, stairwells and corridors. - When cooking, turn on the rangehood and open the balcony door to let smoke out, not the apartment door. Penalties apply for a false fire alarm, up to $3,700 for each callout. These costs are charged to the guest identified as being responsible for each callout where the guest is unable to demonstrate to the Metropolitan Fire Brigade a reasonable cause for the alarm activation. - Recycle bins are provided in the recyclable rubbish rooms which are situated on each car park level (1 to 6) adjacent to the lift entries. - Do not leave any items in the rubbish chute room - the rubbish chute room should be kept clear at all times. - It is your responsibility to dispose of any items that cannot be disposed of through the rubbish chute including recyclable rubbish.
