So when we first got there, all the computers were down and the Wi-Fi we had to wait over an hour to check in and their computers were still not even up and running. They didn’t have Wi-Fi for at least 24 hours which was miserable. We got in a room finally and they Upgraded our room, but the view was horrible. There were palm trees blocking the view where you couldn’t even see the pool or the ocean and we paid a lot extra very disappointed. The beds were uncomfortable would not stay there again.

Lives the view from my room. Hates the fact there was not many food choices around. And the food at the hotel was not good, as the onion rings were raw and for the price horrible.

The service over all is bad. They let scammers left ad under your rooms. I spoke with one of the security and told me that he is trying to catch the people who did this kinds of ads. The only person who communicates with us is the front office guy( Christian). He is professional and gave service with smiles.

The Miami Beach radisson was a great place to stay! Conveniently located at the beach, easy to get anywhere else in the city. Would definitely go there again!

I cannot praise this hotel enough! We spent 7 days, from July 5 to July 12, 2025. It was my husband, our two boys (7 and 5) and I. We booked the standard room, but because we celebrated one of my son's and my husband's birthdays during our stay, they upgraded us to a room with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and with a view of the sea. We were beyond thrilled during our stay. The staff is super friendly, especially the front desk ladies and housekeeping, who were there for us at all times. Big sincere smiles and an attitude of family. Everything super clean and nice smell. Beach location is perfection. It is the hotel, the pool area, a door, a walkway, the dune and the water. White sand, lovely waves and the hotel includes beach beds and umbrellas. The pool area is wonderful. Palm trees, butterflies and curious iguanas around. The pool is big and up to 9 feet deep. They serve food and drinks for a price and they include pool beds and towels. Valet parking is $55 per night including taxes, we parked thee hotels over in a public parking for $20 per 24h. Hotel location in mid beach is great. Close to South Beach without the hyperactivity of that area. 15 minutes driving to Brickell area. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The hotel has a bar, a restaurant and a gift shop. They also offer a microwave oven in the lobby to warm any food you have. I recommend this hotel 100%. What I loved: easy access to the pool and beach. Customer service is okay, not exceptional. Each on their own, they will answer questions if asked, not friendly, just professional. The hotel and hotel room were clean, towels were available for the pool, the restaurants (indoor and pool) offered good food.

The best Hotel experience ever

We arrived late but were greeting with smiles. The concierge unloaded our car then waited in the lobby as we checked in. Staff recognized us from a previous stay several months ago. They welcomed us like family. We were give coupons for free breakfast. We stayed in a Jr Suite. It was spacious, clean & comfortable. The breakfast was a large selection of offerings. Very tasty & filling. The wait staff extremely friendly and accommodating.
