Our unit is a great option for guests looking for a spacious and well-appointed accommodation with plenty of amenities and a convenient location on the beach. It comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a large open living room and dining area, a private balcony with stunning views of the ocean and city skyline, WiFi and Cable TV included.

The master bedroom offers 2 queen size beds. The guest bedroom offers 1 King size bed. There is a sofa bed full size in the living room with one extra sleeping spot.

Please note that there is a $40 daily resort fee per unit and also $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival.

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.

Minimum age to book and stay in the unit is 21 years old, applies to groups of young travelers.

Paid washers and dryers are shared and located on the same floor as the unit.

Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.

Complimentary:
- 2 beach chairs and beach towels at the beach.
- 2 bicycles per day.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
