Stylish high-floor unit with beautiful views, as shown in the photos. This is not a full 2 bed/2 bath—it’s 1 bedroom + den and 1 bath. The den has a door for privacy but no window and shares the bathroom with the master. Only 2 guests can access amenities (non-transferable); minors not counted. Located in Icon Brickell, shared with the W Hotel, enjoy resort-style amenities like a large pool and dining. Kitchen features Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Steps from Brickell’s top spots.

Due to scheduled building repairs, the pool and pool deck area are currently open only on Saturdays and Sundays. This schedule is determined and managed by the HOA and may change at any time without prior notice. We do not have control over these updates. All other amenities, including the spa and gym, remain open and operate seven days a week during their regular hours.

THE UNIT
Located in the heart of Brickell, this beautiful apartment is perfect for families, couples, and business travelers alike. With dedicated internet and generous space, it’s also ideal for remote work. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and more. You’ll also find convenient appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

ID VERIFICATION
Building management requires all adult guests to be registered at check-in. Please be prepared to present a valid ID to the check-in staff upon arrival.

ESSENTIALS PROVIDED
Our unit comes with all basic essentials as listed on the platform. In addition, we provide enhanced starter supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, a limited number of laundry and dishwasher pods, and dedicated internet service. Please note that these supplies are one-time complimentary items. For additional needs, convenience stores are located within walking distance.

CHECK-IN: 3 PM – 12 AM (Midnight)

‱ The check-in window officially closes at midnight. Arrivals after 12 AM must return the next day starting at 10 AM to complete check-in.

‱ Third-party check-in agents may assist after midnight, based on their availability and with their own service fees. If you’re not comfortable paying a late fee due to circumstances beyond your control, you must wait until 10 AM the next day to check in.

CHECK-OUT: Before 10 AM
‱ A $100 late check-out fee applies for departures after 10 AM, as we need time to prepare for the next guest.

FOBS:
The unit includes 2 sets of fobs. Lost fobs will be charged at $120 each to your deposit or card on file.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:
The booking holder must be present at check-in. If not, please notify us in advance. Another verified guest (ID submitted through this platform) must be present. All guests must be listed on the reservation.
Minimum check-in age is 18. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

AMENITY ACCESS:
After registering with the front desk, guests can head to the pool area between 9:30 AM and 5 PM to receive their amenity access QR codes. Guests must show ID and provide their phone to receive the code. This unit is allowed up to 2 QR codes. QR codes expire at 11 AM on check-out day. If you arrive outside these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to get access.

PARKING:
Valet parking is available at $50 per day with no in/out privileges. Charges increase with usage:
‱ 0–1 hr: $13
‱ 1–4 hrs: $24
‱ 4–10 hrs: $30
‱ 10–24 hrs: $50

Frequent in-and-outs may result in $70–$80 per day in charges.

A third-party company also offers a private garage parking option a few blocks away, with a daily rate and unlimited in/out privileges.

BATHROOM POLICY:
The building has sensitive plumbing. Do not flush wipes (even flushable ones), paper towels, hygiene products, or trash. Guests are responsible for any plumbing costs due to misuse.

Lula, our host was very nice. We arrived early from CT and she able to let us check in a little early. View is fabulous, The Icon is so close to great restaurants etc. The only complaint I have is the kitchen sink faucet was broken and stuck on “spray”. Made it a little annoying as we cooked a few times when we were there. Other than that it was a great stay. Thank you!

The location was great. Close to restaurants and shopping. The view of the water and city was amazing, Condo was clean but I would not recommend for elderly persons. Tub/Shower wall is extremely high to step over and there is a risk of falling. Elevators were very slow and self parking was 3 blocks away (not disclosed until day of arrival). Aside from the location and view, our stay was a bit disappointing. I am a person who travels quite a bit and I was looking to save a few bucks and try something different. I normally stay at hotels and after the nickel and diming, renters insurance coverage I had to pay for and lack of customer service. I don't believe it was worth it. . Marriott a couple blocks over did not charge to hold luggage, cheaper to park (on site) and gave a courtesy late check out. We had issues with the parking pass not working leaving the parking deck on our last day and had to pay a lost ticket fee. When we contacted the host, the host was unresponsive and did not get back to us for several days. When they did via text, they said that the pass was not used and refused any compensation or apologies. Overall, condo was nice and location great but experience disappointing. Customer service was lacking and our needs not fully addressed or attended to. The next time I am in Miami, I will go back to staying in a hotel....Cheaper and better customer service.

Nice balcony view. The parking was expensive everyday 50-100 & the valet takes 20 mins to bring your vehicle. Inside the apartment could use extra cleaning the floors were dirty the bathroom was not very clean maintenance had to drain the tub from being stopped up also had a smell throughout the place all the candles provided completely out of wax

Great Stay in Brickell

The apartment is spacious and has a wonderful view of the bay. The view is definitely the highlight. The stay works well, although it would be great for it to allow more than two guests to use the pool, spa and gym. I would recommend new pillows and mattresses.

Some things were lovely -- great view, great location. The kitchen was relatively well stocked as these things go. But the decor was awful, the workmanship shoddy (the trim looked like it was done by a 12-year-old in shop class!), the floor tiles in the living area were cracked in several places and had actually been dented down, meaning they weren't laid by someone who knew what they were doing. But worst of all were the bedrooms. The "blackout curtains" in the main BR weren't sufficient to keep the room dark -- half of the panels were sheer enough that we could read the neon-lit Bank of America logo on the building across the street through it! The mattress in the main BR was overly soft and squishy. On the other hand, the twin beds in the spare BR, where we ended up sleeping due to the light in the main BR, were overly hard, which meant we weren't able to get good nights' sleep. Suffice it to say, we won't be returning.

I would love to come back!

Quick three nights stay in the heart of Miami! The view from the unit is fabulous ! The condo is lovely and well situated. Our host was quick in answering all my questions. Check in and out super simple. The fact that it is a short 2 1/2 block walk to Whole Foods is a huge bonus. There are also tons of amazing restaurants all around. While we did not use the pool, we did check it out. it was a fun area which if we come back, we will definitely take advantage of..

Great location and views

We were here for girls weekend and this place worked perfectly. It was close enough to walk to brunch and dinner at a variety of places. It’s very secure - and they let offered us to check in early since it was ready! It fit the needs for our group perfectly. They were responsive to us, and provided coffee to get you started which is always nice. It wouldn’t hurt to pack a couple extra towels if you use more than one. They do provide a few.

Beautiful view, ideal location

This property has a stunning view of the bay. The mast bedroom is very nicely decorated and it does actually sleep four people comfortably. The building is the residential part of the W Hotel, so you get free access to the stunning rooftop pool which offers poolside food and drink service. It’s also in a nice area with so many great bars and restaurants that are within easy walking distance.
