Outdated utilities

First time visitor here. I got the jacuzzi suite. Tub is tiny compared to how it looks in the pictures. Everything was excellent for the most part. I will say they need to update their rates of maintenance. My shower handle came off and I ended up cutting my hand/getting a shard of metal lodged in it. Thankfully ii brought tweezers this trip. Joking but also kinda serious about the possibility… I hope I don’t have tetanus. With a proper update, I’d come back. I do appreciate the bandaid but I do feel something more should’ve been done. Hopefully it we’ll be fully corrected going forward

Miccosukee is the best!!!

You have the best shrimp cocktail ever for appetizers in the steak restaurant and I even wished I had eaten one for my dinner entree too!!! Both sauces was amazing very good!!!! Casino was awesome people was friendly too! It was very pleasant we had awesome night before our cruise next day!!

First, I would like to say this is not my first time staying there.. upon checking in I had a king room one pillowcases were staying front desk handle situation quickly with the upgrade to a king suite. Went to go to the fitness room and the pool there isn’t one of either. ask the front desk .. stated that both are under renovation.. I said it doesn’t say that on either website .. front desk stated it doesn’t state that the resort have it either .. ok!!!! … so heads up resort but not a resort !!!!
