The place was very dirty. The door was broken, and the air conditioner was broken and extremely noisy—we couldn’t sleep. We had to leave the property. I don’t understand how people give this place excellent reviews. We chose it to be close to Everglades National Park, but we were not given a refund. The breakfast area was very dirty and there was barely any food. This place is disgusting.
