Great hotel accommodations

The room was spacious, beds were so comfy. Great location near the city and Muir Woods park. Good price. The hot breakfast was awesome. One day it was scrambled eggs with sausage, biscuits and gravy, the next was egg white veggie omelette, bacon, and biscuits and gravy. Bonus: there is a restaurant/bar next door with great food and hotel guests get a 15% discount. We ate there both nights.

Great place to stay to explore Mount Tam and Mill Valley Convenient to restaurants and Sausalito shops would definitely stay there again. Plus, there was a great bike trail/walking trail outside the hotel.

I had left my key in my room. When I went to the desk to ask for a key, the clerk handed to me with only asking my room number. He never asked for ID. That was unnerving being a woman traveling alone.

Staff was great, room was clean. The Door had a 2 inch hole where the building shifted. Back slider did not seal properly and mosquitoes came in and fed on us. The AC was wacky, hot and cold. Rough night. The breakfast was below par, overall although there were plenty of options.

Okay stay

We stayed here for one night on our way home from Point Reyes. The check in went well and even though the hotel looked outdated it seemed nice and clean. We also enjoyed the free breakfast the next morning. However we did have a couple issues. One thing is the phone in the room didn’t work when we tried to call the front desk. The reason we needed to call them was because the toilet was making these gurgling noises when we weren’t even using it. We went over and flushed it and the water rose up quite a bit but never over spilled. This went on for about an hour. Eventually the toilet seemed to correct itself but it did seem odd. Other than the toilet and the phone our stay was okay.
