The rooms are very large and super clean. The bed was amazing and we had a great sleep after a long day of travel. We also ate downstairs and the meal was delicious! All the staff was friendly too!

It was 80 degrees in the room and the front desk offered a fan...they knew the whole hotel was hot and could do nothing to fix the problem, we booked 2 nights but checked out early morning after the first night with out any sleep...talk to the manager, he tried to make some excuses but he was just trying to smoth it over...admit you have a problem and make it right...

The room was extremely HOT. They had already turned the heat on for winter, but the outside temp was 70° in November. My husband went to ask for a fan 2x and finally someone brought one at 10:30 at night. We couldn't even sleep with the covers on. Other than that, the room was nice, clean with plenty of space.

There was no way to regulate the temperature in the room which was on the 8th floor. Called the front desk and told the air-conditioning had been turned off for the season. The windows are the type that cannot be opened like in many hotels. It was very warm in the room. So much so that it was difficult to sleep even using no blanket or sheet or pajamas.

Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Only bad thing about the rooms is how hot they were, we had to request a fan from the front desk to cool our room down, even with that it was still very warm. The pool was freezing, our kids lips were purple after 15 minutes of swimming.
