The rooms are relatively clean there was a few pieces of napkin on the floor otherwise relatively clean but I was first sent to the incorrect room but they accommodated me and and switched dinner immediately

The hotel had no hot water. When I asked about it the front desk person said, “thank you for the feedback” and then laughed. I said it wasn’t feedback it was a complaint. She laughed again. I have complained to the hotel manager and not received any response- extremely dissatisfied, disappointed, and disgusted.
