The house was just what we needed to keep our two boys who are finishing up high school at Portola. Wow mom and stepdad moved to Texas so we come and rent different properties for a week every month and the Wi-Fi was great. Everything was clean, simple easy, and the property manager spoke to me anytime I messaged which I really appreciate it and he also let us check out late and have our cat so we loved it. Thank you so.

The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and very modern inside. There is enough room to hang out in the living area/kitchen with friends and family. Tarah was a great host and provided great hospitality. Easy to enter and leave home with minimal work on our end as guests.

Nice place in a good location

We stayed a week. House is near all the places we were visiting. It has a comfy modern feel. Primary bedroom and bath is elegantly finished. Owners were very communicative and responsive. Access to the house was easy with keypad deadbolt. I look forward to staying here again and seeing further upgrades.

Spacious Mission Viejo Near MV Lake/MV Mall

Fantastic stay recently at this spacious house located near Mission Viejo Mall and Lake Mission Viejo. I visited both the Mall and Lake during my stay. Very easy location off La Paz/Marguerite. Great neighborhood for walking in the mornings and evenings. Expansive Master Bathroom with new finishes. A very pleasant stay! Thank you.

Fall Fun!

Great & super comfortable stay for the weekend with family and friends. Everyone had plenty of space, we had 6 total guests. Beds were all very comfortable, home was very clean, convenient location close to 405 for getting out and about. Great sunlight in the morning and throughout the day. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for being so accommodating!!

Tarah was such a gracious host. We had to have our house tented and with that, you never know when you have to leave your house or what time you’ll be allowed back in. Tarah was very accommodating of the time for us. First thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the house (I tend to be a bit of a germaphobe). I have never seen vacuum patterns on a sofa before (I was in such awe that I had to take a picture)! That should give you an idea of how much emphasis was put into cleaning. Everything was pristine!The beds were comfortable, the showers were elegant, the neighborhood was quiet, and I sincerely cannot think of anything remotely negative to say about our stay. This property is definitely a 10 out of 10!
