The room was very dirty , the front door had a big gap in it , you could actually see outside, sheets and blanket were dirty Alot of litter around the front door and garbage, needed to be mowed , The property outside was dirty The walls and door in the room were dirty

Lots of empty counter space durinf breakfast. Toaster burnt toast and nothing left to eat at 9am when breakfast was until 1030

The building looks old and run down, cigarette butts all around the entrances, and entering the building there is a strong musty, mouldy smell. The room is not clean (hand prints on the door facings). The room had a mouly smell as well.

A lot left to be desired

The first room we were offered smelled completely like cigarettes. The next room smelled of it but less so. The room was clean but dated. I felt unsafe at this hotel as the upkeep of the property and area of Moncton left something to be desired. The pool was okay. Breakfast is free but limited to toast and yogurt. The staff was friendly enough and somewhat helpful. I would never go back again and I would never recommend this hotel

No hot water! No lock on inside door! And the staff room was right beside ours and my daughter went to our vehicle to get something and the staff room door was open and she witnessed two people have sex! Absolutely disgusting, homeless people begging for food or water. Addicts hanging around property! Very unsafe for a family!

At check in my drivers license was held until check out. Our room was dirty, tape on walls to cover holes, loud ac- which didn’t seem to work properly. Hair on sheets and pillows. Room smelt musky. Parking was awful, had to park vehicle far away from room.

Extremely in need of maintenance. Pretty sure we had a garbage room - apparently the last one via Expedia. . Paid $200. Not worth it all. Had room 12. Directly next to the garbage bins which had garbage all over the ground with rodents! Beds were clean thankfully. Hair dryer pulled out of the wall. Electric cover plugs missing. Door lock pulled out. Did not feel safe in the room. Had to jimmy a chair in front of the door handle. Had to plug TV in for it to work. A dump!
