The staff were undeniable curteous. Always a smile, and a gracious greating. The food was ok. The buffets had a lot to choose from. Not impressed with the resturant food though. Id go back at some point. The travel part was a real nightmare. Many delays and gate changes mostly on our return flight. Only one beach to swim at, others were too rocky and coraly.

Beautiful property but the app was useless. I signed up for the loyalty program but still had no access to advanced dining reservations. Advanced room choice limited me to one room. Upon arrive, no other option was available. Tried Room Service on the app- it just gave me an error. I exchanged over 10 emails with support to get a change made in my transfer option. Was told it was all set, but the error had not been fixed when we got there. There are a couple times a day (11am) that there are no food choices. I was told to buy a snack in the gift shop. The wine choices are limited to dry only and only one beer choice. Premium wines cannot be bought by the glass or onsite anywhere except at a restaurant. And although it says contactless property, you definitely need cash at shops and some bars, and for deposits on the free water activities. Note that the beach area is not a typical beach area. It's a rocky cove great for snorkeling but you need water shoes. I suppose it's as photographed, but surprising when you get there and see more rocks than ocean. Clean rooms, food was most good, just breakfast was cold and bland. Night entertainment wasn't that great- not like other resorts we've stayed. And by the way- apparently there are "butlers" - we were told that it was the person who took us to or room the first day, but we never saw him again or were given ant way to contact him, so not sure what his role was. Would go back to Jamaica, but not this resort.

The staff was amazing! From the guest experience managers, to the pool servers, housekeepers, restaurant service, all were so engaging and kind! The location of the hotel was also perfect as it was about an hour from Dunns Falls and an hour from the airport. The food options were also excellent with a variety to choose from for dinner reservations. Beautiful ocean views and fun pool activities.

We asked for 2 rooms 4 beds. We got 2 room 2 beds and 2 rolloff cotts. Unacceptable. We didn't get our birthday stuff done until i had to ask twice. We were dropped off on the wrong side. We had to carry our luggage across properly then to our room no one helped. No tour of the property. No one seemed to care if we were there or not. The buffets are not very good. The food wasn't near as good as many other resorts we've been to. The dinner restaurants are Awesome. But the app the hotel uses didn't work so that was hard to get a list of our reservations. The pool opens too late at 9 and closes at 6. That is terrible. We are Adults on the Adults side and still we are treated like children. The bars outside go from 10 to 5 so after that you must go inside to find a drink even soda or juices. Super inconvenient. My experience made me feel embarrassed frustrated and let down. We will NEVER use Bahia anywhere in the world after this trip. It was a 9 thousand dollar mistake.

I actually loved my time at this resort. My only gripe was that the room although clean had quit a few blemishes, cracks and not enough power outlets. Other than that there was a great view and the room was huge. Service took somewhat long but who cares, this is Jamaica. I won't complain that there was a lot of walking because it built up our appetite and got to eat a lot of food guilt free lol.
