Freshly renovated and furnished, this townhome features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining space for 12. Each of the four bedrooms is comfortably furnished with relaxing memory foam mattresses and clean linens. The three full bathrooms are available for your convenience.

Outside, you'll find a large deck with seating for 6 and a BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying a family cookout while taking in the scenic views of the lake. Our home also comes with private bulkhead access, allowing you to easily explore the lake by boat, kayak, or other watercraft. Let the kids enjoy time on the water with our water mat - included with your stay!

Your stay also includes access to the Walden fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, walking trails, playgrounds, parks, and multiple swimming pools. Walden also offers several nearby dining options. You can eat and drink poolside at the Breakwater Grille or enjoy a fine dining experience at Walden's Lakeview Dining & Venue overlooking the lake.

We understand that your pets are an important part of your family, so they are welcome too! Outside, your pets can run and play to their heart's content in the yard and green space adjacent to our home. There's also plenty of nearby parks, trails and even a dog park within walking distance where you can enjoy some outdoor time together.

Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville - Lake Conroe is located just 5 minutes away and offers a spa, shopping, resort style swimming pool, beach, golf, and even summer concerts! Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or embark on an outdoor adventure, this Lake Conroe townhome is the perfect place to call home during your Texas vacation!

We are always just a text or call away! We are easily accessible through VRBO but we also provide our guests with our personal contact information. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions during your stay.

We are a dog friendly home, so please feel free to bring a furry friend along! We allow 1 dog, weighing 50lb or less. We do have a pet fee of $75 (per dog) so please add the pet to your reservation and the fee will automatically be added as well.

If there are certain items we might be able to get for you ahead of time to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know and we will do our best! We try to respond very quickly and will answer any questions you might have.

We do require our guests to sign a rental agreement, which we will send for electronic signature after booking.

Disclosure: We do have two security cameras located on the outside of the home - one on the front porch and one on the back porch. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

My wife and I brought our toddlers and stayed here with some friends while we were in town for the Texas Renaissance Festival. The location was great, with lots to do for young children. The condo was great. There's 3 bedrooms (2 full baths) on the first floor and one bedroom (1 full bath) on the 2nd floor. The beds downstairs were a little firm, but the layout is great for adults and kids. The A/C worked really well even during the 100 degree days. We utilized the bulkhead right outside the back yard to tie our boat up for the weekend. There's 2 oversize dedicated parking spots in front and lots of other parking as needed around the unit. The decor was updated with a lake theme and the unit was clean. The condo is close to Emerald Point Marina, Margaritaville, and the Golf Course.

Where do I begin....The condo is beautiful and very clean. It is stocked with everything we could possibly want. It is amazing. I have stayed in several VRBO and this one was by far one of the best and stocked with all of the small appliances one could possibly want. Sam was very responsive to any of our questions. The only thing I will say is there are stairs if anyone in your party has mobility issues if could be a problem.

Great Host

Great Host. Sam was always available and responded very quickly to all text. We returned to the home late after my daughter’s wedding. We lost power and I text Sam and he responded very quickly. The power outage was no fault of his own as part of the neighborhood also lost power. He was very concerned and seemed genuinely sorry for the incident. The home is just as it appears in the photos with plenty of games and some toys for the children. We rented the property during the winter and I’m sure we will return in the summer or spring to enjoy all the amenities.

Best Lake Conroe Condo

Our family loved this lake condo! The amenities, decor and layout inside were all very well thought out - plenty of kitchen supplies, toys and games available, bathroom and shower near each room, etc. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The community pool was amazing with lots of shade and a little restaurant. Direct access to Lake Conroe with a private boat slip was so nice. We rented a boat and could load up right out back. The water pad (Lilly pad, Jesus mat, whatever it’s called) was a HUGE plus - we could easily play in the lake with our little kids and in the evenings it made it so fun to float and hangout on the water. If you’re planning to go out on the lake, the water pad is must. Also, the location inside safe harbor made it super nice to kayak/paddle board. Overall it was a great trip and we would happily stay again!

Don’t hesitate to book beautiful Lago Vista!

We loved our two months at Lago Vista! Sam was an excellent host—very responsive and attentive. The property was clean, well cared for, and exactly as pictured. The views over the water were beautiful. The immediate neighborhood was quiet and residential, but it was only a short drive to shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Worth it to note that we were traveling with three adults, six kids, and a dog, and we all enjoyed our time there.

Boys weekend for Seniors - Class of 2024

We wanted a fun place for the boys to get together to get ready for Prom and then hang out for a weekend together on the lake. While the lake was closed due to recent weather, these guys did not let it dampen their trip. The house was a perfect setup for all of them to room together downstairs and my husband to be in master upstairs off the kitchen. The house had everything we needed including immediate lake access for the boys to do some night fishing and swimming. The house had plenty of games for them to play outside in the yard and a floating pad for on the water. Throughout the weekend, we were able to cook some great meals and grill off the porch. Sam was a GREAT host, keeping in contact if we had any issues, which we did not, and checking to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We would 100% recommend this property and Sam to our friends and family and are already planning a couple other trips with friends and family this summer. A true testatment to this property and the memories made, my son has not stopped talking about what a great time they had and everytime he gets on the phone with his friends they are laughing and talking about when they can plan the next trip before they all go off to college :)

We had a wonderful experience with Sam. He genuinely cares for his guests. He was very responsive to our questions. Checkin was very easy; directions easy to follow. This is a great location on the lake for bringing a boat. It was nice to tie off the boat in the protected cove right behind the house. The house was in great shape and we would definitely stay at this location again.
