Public spaces have free WiFi. A business center and a meeting room are available. Free breakfast is available. An indoor pool, a vending machine, and coffee/tea in a common area are also featured at America's Best Value Inn. Free self parking is available.
The front desk staff was nice but upon arrival did not even have any lights on. I actually was not sure it was open. There is a "breakfast" service but very limited and the front desk asked ME when they should open it for me. Very quiet so that was a benefit.

Poor Hospitality
I booked two rooms for four people each (8 people total). The only rooms they had were king suites, so we assumed in order to sleep four, the couch must pull out into a bed. Which we were fine with. It did, but there were no pillows and blankets for the pull out beds! We called to get some and the front desk tried to tell us we would have to pay extra for them!?!? If I book a room for four people, I shouldnât have to pay extra to get bedding for four people. We finally got him to agree to give us the bedding and then he said we would have to go get them from the front desk ourselves. It should have already been in the rooms. Then, even though we had one booking for two rooms, our rooms were not even on the same floor. The room on the main floor was FREEZING and would not warm up even when set to 90. The other room was ridiculously hot and would not cool down, even when we turned it off. For reference, it was about zero degrees outside. Wouldnât have complained about the temperature but the rude customer service (or lack of) warranted a review.
The Continental Breakfast very skimpy. Ran out of Pancake mix, ran out of Coffee, did not offer to make more of each. The bed was so close to the wall I was not able to get out of it, had to slid down and get off on the end of the bed.
Incorrectly double booked,no house keeping service
Upon arrival they had me double booked. I needed to spent over 30 minutes on chat with a hotels.com agent to confirm I only had 1 room booked and to get refunded for the extra room I never booked.
Even though I was exhausted after a day of travel, I was pleased that we got this resolved. And the hotel office gentleman was kind.
My second disappointment was there was no cleaning or maid service? During my 3 night stay, my room was never cleaned and even though after night two, I requested from the front desk for clean towels, I still had no house keeping service.
Upon asking the next morning, the front desk said he asked the cleaning to attend to my room, they checked iff that they did!?
So, unfortunately not the best experience.
Breakfast space was small and seemed crowded with the tables in there. May be move some of the tables into the lobby area. The food was not stocked very well but the staff, when notified, replenish to meet current needs.
With the number of trains (6) that go by the property at night made for quite a noisy stay. Did not know that the window was open.
