Employees were GREAT!! I am so disappointed in Expedia AND Marriott Inn for not honoring their "pay at the resort" perk of reserving ahead. Randomly claiming it is "extra busy" so you pull the charge 3 days early is unprofessional. I plan on avoiding using Expedia and also plan on avoiding reserving with Marriott unless this is acknowledged.
