This home has been redecorated for your enjoyment. Laminate wood floors and a fire place make this a very cozy home. Master bedroom has a new king size bed and the second bedroom has a new queen size bed. Both full baths are colorful and fully stocked. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. A flat screen 55" TV and internet services are there for your relaxation. A fenced in yard with a picnic table gives you the option of sitting outside to enjoy the Florida weather. Or you can relax on the front porch swing.

The place was clean, the beds comfortable. The decor is very 90's including valances on the windows. Could use some upgrades, but overall it is in a decent neighborhood, however, it is not within walking distance to downtown Mount Dora if u are elderly or have small children. Communication with the host was sub par. I reached out at least 3 or 4 times to see if the house was within walking distance to downtown & never received a response until I booked the place. Also, the only shampoo provided was dandruff shampoo or baby shampoo. Bring your own. Overall it was a decent place. Not sure I'd stay there again - maybe if it was the only place available. I prefer to be able to walk to downtown, not have to hunt for a parking space.

Both the host and the amenities were very welcoming and first rate. The house is so pretty, comfortable and well equipped that we felt very much at home there. We would not hesitate to return to this home any time we are in Mt. Dora and it has availability. Thank you so much for a great Thanksgiving week!

It was a wonderful home to stay at. We trailered our motorcycle, so having use of the garage was great. The location was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay at this home again.

Everything was excellent! Very well furnished, clean, great location, beautiful neighborhood. Wish we could stay longer but headed to next VRBO we have waiting. Will be returning next year or maybe sooner.

Relaxing stay!

A fantastic and relaxing getaway for a mom/daughter weekend. We were close to enjoy all the activities in the area but with a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed reading on the front porch and relaxing in the comfortable recliner in the living room. Clean and had all the amenities we needed!

My stay here was exceptional in every way
..right from the start

.booking, communication, location, cleanliness, comfort, amenities & checkout. I stayed for one week, Mt Dora was my home base and this place couldn’t have been better.!The house itself is perfectly laid out, the kitchen is solid, the washer/dryer came in handy, the bed was super comfortable and it had great back support, and the beautiful & quiet neighborhood earns a solid A. I hope to return for a similar stay next January.

Christmas in Mt. Dora

The property was very clean, accommodating, and tastefully decorated for Christmas. My brother and I, both having knee problems, especially liked that the house was level throughout, including the porch and garage. Downtown Mt. Dora was only minutes away and the neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed driving around admiring the Christmas decorations.

A very 90’s house in a quiet neighborhood was a great option versus staying in a hotel while visiting our son’s family 2 miles from this home. When our 38 year old son saw the house and its decor/kitchen appliances it reminded him of his youth😊 Very comfortable beds as well!

Perfect Property for our short stay in Mount Dora!

Very clean, spacious and comfortable property in a cute, quiet little neighborhood. Garage door key pad did not work upon our arrival, but lock box code allowed us to enter through the front door. We used the remote to get the garage door open and to gain access for the remainder of our stay. There was a slight odor in the garage from a bag of trash in the receptacle, but it wasn’t too bad.
