Staff support was good! Continental breakfast was a joke. Not good at all. Our room contained a broken down recliner. Foot rest was broken in the middle and would not fold down. Back of it would not stay upright, used wall to rest it against. Hairdryer would not stay in bracket, kept falling onto counter, and power outlets would not hold your charging plugs. The ice machine was broken, came back to the room past the ice machine which apparently decided to disperse ice non stop and created a huge pile of ice on the carpet in the hallway which we immediately reported to staff. They did clean up everything and turned off the ice machine in short order. The TV volume could not be turned down. Find a better hotel for your stay.

Hotel website images were not accurate in their depiction of the hotel or room we stayed in. Hotel front reception was unoccupied 90% of our stay. No visible staff were ever seen. Both mattresses on beds were sagging with springs visible under bedding. No warm blankets, just single cotton sheets. No bath mat for tub, no grab bars at toilet or in the shower. Toilet clogged in just a few hours after checking in. Gas fireplace didn’t work, so no heat in the room. No water in kitchen faucets. We cancelled second night of our two day stay and requested a refund. Refund was denied by hotel manager.

The room was okay. There were two heating systems, a very noisy gas fireplace and heat/cool system that was noisy, too noisy to sleep in the same room with. Only 1 blanket.

It was very quiet. The staff was helpful. There really wasn’t any selection of food for breakfast. Sweet rolls, cookies, doughnuts, or bagels or English muffins would have been nice.

Parking was good. It was clean but when I arrived no one was there to open the door to check in. The number on the door didn't answer and to call number on reservation for the hotel. Then the girl answered the door with no shoes on and not very friendly. Room was clean, very dated and recliner was broke.
