The double queen room is very comfortable and large😍. Also, the coffee machine in the lobby makes lattes that taste great! It’s also very quiet. Very happy with this hotel!

Very disappointed

A hole in the bathroom door from a fist. It looked like a dog had been inside of the bathroom and couldn’t get out. Because he had scratched the door almost to the other side. Something strange on the bathtub. I grew up in Skagit County. I know what the best Western used to look like. We did lots of banquets at the convention center. Very disappointed. The front door didn’t even work that’s the front door to get inside of the building. Very disappointed.

Extremely disappointing.

Property is out of the way, and shows a need for a long overdue remodel. Front desk help was efficient, and friendly enough. The rest of the hotel was run down, paint, trim, fit and finish, and HVAC were all very poor. For the small price difference between this and the next tier of hotels…very much worth staying anywhere else.

We had to reset our key both days. We had to wait for front desk help for 20 minutes as they we "away".

Likes: Great breakfast, good bed, good shower, well lit hallways that were nice and wide, the room was spacious. Unacceptable: Microwave plug didn't reach outlet & was disconnected - Drapes were broken and hanging awry - No informational literature about the hotel or community - Dirty mirrors - The little shampoo and conditioner bottles were nearly empty - No hair dryer (got one at the front desk) - Only one hand towel - No chair for the desk work station. We were there for 2 nights and apparently guests have to request maid service - we never received any service or even saw any housekeeping staff. Note: Upon arrival and inspection of the room, we notified the front desk staff of these issues and were assured they would be taken care of promptly. They did get us a chair for the desk and supplied my wife with a hair dryer (she had to go get it from them). Other than those 2 items, none of the other issues were taken care of and in fact NOBODY EVER FOLLOWED UP OR CONTACTED US. The highest form of insult is to be ignored. The irony of this is this property is located adjacent to the Skagit Valley Convention Center. We felt some adjustment should have been made to our bill but the front desk person had a sign on the counter indicating they were not available and would be back at some point in time. They may come back but we certainly wont. Wyndham gets a black eye on this one. Incidentally, my wife & myself were both hotel GM's before retiring.

Not plush by any means but this hotel was conviently located off the I-5. Older building but nice wide hallways and very spacious room. Beds were comfortable, firm mattress. We requested a quiet room on the upper floor and we were pleased that they granted these requests (Thank You) Breakfast included was very good. We would stay here again - Oh, and the price was good too!

Breakfast has gone downhill. Watery scrambled eggs. Not impressive at all. More like a $75.00 per night room. Vent screens falling from ceiling. Shower rod hanging on by a thread. No charge ports for phones. I've seen how Winmark has been scooping up any property they can. Most are low class from what I've seen. But I've seen worse from them. At least there was no blood on the walls like the one down in Tukwila. Maintenance crew obviously the cheapest they could find.
