We stayed in Rm 419. It was very clean and had a great view of the water. Bed was comfy. Front desk staff were friendly. We didn't mind but front desk staff leave around 9 p.. It would have been nice to have the hot rub open until 10 pm and for adults only from 8-10.

Room was on the small size but clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and bed was comfortable. Only disappointment was breakfast time was different than what is listed both here and on their website. We had to leave before breakfast started which made the value a little less. The room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was not very good. Limited choices. Fruit did not look good. A few bread choices but the toaster dropped the toast in the back of here you could get burned trying to reach it. We asked a staff member where was the closest grocery store and they did not have a clue.

Reserved the forage oceanfront room with a water view. Was given the San Juan room facing the parking lot. Front desk was NOT helpful in fixing this, then outright lied to Expedia about what room I was given. Hair all over the shower stall, tv was not working. The Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. They ran out of hard boiled eggs the first day and the second morning they ran out of milk and OJ. Nothing was offered hot, other than the toaster.

The in-room HVAC unit was confusing to operate leading to uncomfortable temperatures that were too cold or warm and stuffy. Operating instructions nearby would have been helpful. More, a window that could be opened to let in fresh air to accompany the beautiful view would have made the stay spectacular.

The property was new and everything was clean. Our room had a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. It’s in the center of Anacortes, a cute port town. Food and stores within walking distance. We came during the Tulip Festival but we’ll be back for whale watching this summer. They don’t have 24 hr staff on site so if you arrive late they’ll arrange for you to use a key box or use your phone with a code. Breakfast was available from 9-10am which seemed late. We didn’t eat there because our day started earlier.

If you need help, There’s no hotel staff present at the front desk after 7pm-9:00am. Hotel Website says breakfast between 7am- 9am, no staff were available and the breakfast area was completely closed at 8am, we had to make a McDonald’s run and staff arrived at 9am.
