This Resort unit is located in the A building (third floor) in a gated resort nestled on 36 peaceful wooded acres, located directly on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean with nearly 700 feet of white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters awaiting you! NEWLY UPGRADED APPLIANCES!!!!

From the time you pass through the entrance gates, you will feel like you are on a fabulous vacation. Plush landscaping with sculptured lagoons, beautiful gardens, exotic flowers, and peaceful courtyards designed to please and entertain the entire family. The Myrtle Beach Resort is just minutes from Broadway on the Beach, downtown, the new boardwalk, and the celebrated Pavilion amusement area, yet off the beaten path to ensure a relaxing vacation.

The resort is protected by a 24 hour security gate and 24 hours security patrol to ensure your privacy and safety. The condo is cleaned the day of check in and the day of check out to ensure the property is clean for your arrival. We have a monthly pest control to inspection, spray and treat the condo each month.

Fabulous!

Our kids had so much fun in the pool/water park outside of the side door. Also super close to beach access and a restaurant bar/grill. Very kid friendly and very inviting for a family! We will absolutely be back for our next vacation. Communication with the owner was open and replied in a timely manner.

Quick trip

A little frustrated nothing was said about the pools not being open, it’s listed all over the place about all the pools and lazy river , but they weren’t open. (Learned my lesson will always ask had a sad little girl) the TV’s also didn’t work, took us hrs of messing with them to get them to even turn on. And the bed in the master is not level . Overall had a great time away. But the little things are frustrating. And disappointing.

TV didn’t work, host wasn’t responsive; last day we went for a walk on the beach @ 7:00, came back to the room and we’re lock out! Took 30-45 minutes to get new code to get back inside. Host did respond when I messaged him that phone charger was left, he did return to me

Overall the condo and property were nice. We were very disappointed that we could not see the ocean from our balcony. We faced an RV park and the trees around the park blocked our view.

Just Okay!!

First off we loved the resort property! It is beautifully landscaped and amenities were perfect for two teen boys. Now the inside of the condo was just okay. Had a very musty smell when we walked in. Once we arrived we found out the dishwasher was broken, it had a note taped on it. I’m on vacation, I don’t want to wash a bunch of dishes. So that was disappointing! All the chairs on the balcony didn’t look safe to sit in, all the fabric was ripped and one had a note that said not to use because it was broken. Could also use a good cleaning to fans, vents and such. We will more than likely stay on property again but will more than likely find a new rental.

The condo itself was cute and cozy, my only complaints were that the dishwasher was broken and the tv in the master didn't work. What I didn't like was the property itself. Nothing was clearly marked, so never found the game rooms, laundry or kids' activities. The elevator was broken for half our stay and had to go up and down three flights of stairs with a toddler, beach stuff and all of our luggage until we left. Teenagers run the halls and play in elevators until late at night, as well as take over the little kid lazy river, making it hard to do anything with a small child. No parental supervision, mom and dad drink while the kids run free. The people we ran into were generally unpleasant. Condo was cute, didn't like the property at all.

Everything you need with a great location OFF the strip.

If you’re going to Myrtle Beach for the beach and relaxation this is the perfect place. It’s a few minutes from the strip, the commons and our favorite the marsh walk. I’d stay here again for sure!

Overall good experience

The property was clean and perfect for families with kids. Our dishwasher did overflow with suds in the midst of our stay. We had to clean and deal with that mess. Then the pull out function of the sofa didn't work(there was a sign on it when we arrived). This was disappointing since we counted on it as part of our kids sleeping arrangements. Otherwise though the pools were great and clean. There was so much to do, and the property was well kept.

Excellent place for a family!

Property owner was easy to get a hold of and ask questions. It was a great quiet place for our family to stay at away from the hustle, bustle of the town. The beach and pool area are wonderful!

Nice ocean front spring break location

The property had everything we needed to ensure a smooth vacation stay. We loved how close we were to the beach and enjoyed the hot tubs. The only downside was the outside lazy river/ splash pad area wasn’t open during the time of our stay like we expected. Additionally, the pools were fairly cold. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay!
