*3rd floor (must climb stairs)

*Beautiful and cozy condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions!

* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

*PETS are NOT ALLOWED



The Space:

*1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, Very spacious condo.

*1 Queen bed and pullout sofa.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are NOT allowed

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Pool entry with pool key and bracelets only. The pool key and bracelets is in the kitchen drawer. Any missing pool key will be accompanied by $100 fee and pool bracelets by $20 for each bracelet.

* No mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free. 1 parking tag is provided (there is $20 fee for missing or damaged tag)

Check in was easy. I was able to reach out and add an additional night. The host was very quick with responding. Room was clean. Located in the center of anything you could need in Myrtle Beach area. Very happy with the stay.
