With 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room there's a comfy spot for everyone! All bedrooms have high-def, flat-screen smart TVs!
Your living room makes a great space for time with your family or friends, enjoying a movie on the 55 inch flat screen hi-def Smart TV, playing a game, or just simply relaxing! Not to mention, that your two sofas are so comfy and long, that if needed, they too can serve as additional sleep space during your stay!

Each of your 4 bedrooms are unique with their own special professionally decorated and tropical-themed motif! Additional unit upgrades feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and should you choose to cook, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Your condo has porcelain tile throughout and marble tile flooring in the baths. The inside square footage totals over 2500 sq ft!

Our family (6 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed including dishes for the little ones. Wonderful Place to Stay!

What a wonderful place to stay! The kitchen is very well-equipped with all the tools we needed to prepare tasty meals. The comfortable, quality furnishings made even the time we spent inside enjoyable. The ocean view from bedrooms and living area is awesome! There’s plenty of seating on the balcony, offering a full view of the ocean. The owner was quick to respond to any issues or to communicate to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave! We highly recommend Margate 1007 and look forward to returning!

Very clean and luxurious place.

We rented this place for the thanksgiving week and family came down to spend it with us. We had grandchildren and great grandchildren. There were beach toys and chairs to use. They had lots supplies in the kitchen so cooking was a breeze. The place was perfect for all our needs.

Great Family Getaway!

Wonderful place to relax and be together as a family. Debra’s place is so spacious and well equipped. We had everything we needed from beach stuff to kitchen supplies. My favorite was the amazing view from the large balcony, being able to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. I love that she had lots of hooks inside to hang your wet bathing suits and towels to dry. Debra answered questions promptly and was a wonderful host. I highly recommend!

The place was clean and spacious for our family of 7. Everything we needed was there. We had a little hiccup but property manager got it fixed right away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’ll stay here again when we visit Myrtle the next time.

Beautiful Margate Condo

This property was well maintained with a few “perks” that were a pleasant surprise 
. Q-tips and face pads in the bathrooms. Extra beach towels and toys available for use. Two beach chairs set up daily with umbrella. Immaculate and well care for condo with plenty of seating for our group of 10. We could all watch a movie on a rainy night
 very comfortable living furniture. We would highly recommend this to our family and friends.

Great Escape

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The Margate building is top-notch, and this condo in particular lives up to those standards. Great views, very clean, and nicely decorated. Communication with the owner couldn’t have been any better. Comes with all the kitchenware you need. We will be back ;)

Stay at the Margate Tower

We stayed in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo and found it more than roomy and clean. There were 7 of us and we had a great time. Over looking the ocean/beach was beautiful. Our balcony was large enough that we all could be out there. I would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful place to stay! The kitchen is very well-equipped with all the tools we needed to prepare tasty meals. The comfortable, quality furnishings made even the time we spent inside enjoyable, and the view from the wrap around balcony is awesome! There’s plenty of seating on the balcony, including some high-top chairs for a clear view over the railing. The large washer and dryer were excellent for big loads, such as linens and towels, during our month+ stay. The lobby personnel were helpful and cordial. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave! We highly recommend Margate 1007 and hope to return!
