Direct oceanfront views from this 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom condo on the 11th floor of South Hampton. This condo has been renovated with new flooring, new sofa, and new artwork. It has an open floor plan with coastal furnishings that will remind you day and night that you have arrived at the beach. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

The South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

This condo can be rented with South Hampton 1110A next door to create a 2 Bed / 2 Bath combo for extra guests.

Beautiful location!

This condo unit is perfect for a relaxing vacation for a couple. The unit is spacious, clean, and the views of the sunrise and sunset can’t be beat from the 11th floor balconies. 2 beach chairs provided but no beach towels. Overall- super comfortable and a place we will come back to soon.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous ocean views!

We had an excellent!!! Location was perfect, close enough to everything, yet far enough away from all the crowds. I wanted a full ocean view from our balcony and we definitely had it here with THREE balconies. Each one with a beautiful ocean view. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed if we choose to stay in and cook for ourselves. The owners were very quick to respond when we had questions. My family and I highly recommend staying here if you're thinking about a Myrtle Beach vacation anytime in the future.

Perfect location. The views can not be beat and having three balconies with ocean views was incredible. Spent so much time enjoying the sound of the waves. Had an issue where the code for door stopped working at 10 pm our last night. Called and it was immediately fixed!

Overall it's a great property and the property management group is very helpful and responsive. The ocean views and sounds are the best features of this property. The only thing I was not happy with was the cleanliness. There was dust everywhere and appliances were also dirty.

This is truly a wonderful condo. 3 balconies, each one with a different view. We watched the sun come up on one, and down on another. Beautifully furnished, and well equipped. Clean, airy and bright. Entire staff was super friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Beautiful Views

This was the prefect place for my husband and I to stay while visiting family. We had ocean from views and could see the ocean from almost everywhere you stood in the condo! Very clean. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful!

My husband and I had a great, relaxing vacation at this condo! Perfect for reading, walking on the beach, watching the shrimp boats, dolphins, osprey, and pelicans. Lots of comfy places to sit and read. Wonderful balcony furniture on each of the 3 balconies (which is actually hard to find)! The fridge was huge and LOVED the ice maker (another VRBO elusive creature)! It was so relaxing and peaceful!!! I just wish we could have stayed longer, but we have to head back to work to afford future vacations. And, as an aside: the bedroom pics on VRBO don't do it justice so don't judge it by those. The bedroom looks a little "dated" in the pics but it ISN'T at all! The bedroom is perfect! :) We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a wonderful, and much needed, getaway!

Beautiful condo

We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for many years now. We visit twice a year usually the first of June with our whole family and then in October just my husband and I. For the very first time ever checking into a condo that I did not have to clean. This place was spotless the furniture had been well kept. We were very pleased and intend to book for next year and will inquire to see if they have a 3 or 4 bedroom to rent for early summer.

Awesome long weekend getaway

The views are amazing .... Great communication and response from home owner - when we arrived we had a slight issue with the temp. in the condo so I contacted home owner the next day, through the DACK app and received an immediate response; it was a simple flip of a switch and everything was fine. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay (appliances, dishes/appliances/glassware)

Beautiful condo

Absolutely beautiful condo with amazing ocean views! This was our second time staying in the South Hampton building in Kingston Plantation but our first stay in this particular condo. Very tasteful decor, impeccably clean and stocked for our every need. Check in/check out process was incredibly easy as was communicating with management/owner. The view from all three (yes three) balconies was just unbelievably gorgeous! The building itself is in good condition and the pool area is always clean. The king size bed was quite comfy and the basket of snacks was such a welcoming treat for us. We are looking forward to planning our stay here next time we make it to Myrtle Beach. Thank you for a great stay!
