It was a nice hotelbthe only problem was check in the website said from 3 pm to anytime but at 2 am they had already charged me a no show fee the website need to be changed to 2 am is the end of check out so people can make appropriate accommodations

Richard, you can check - in any time after 3pm. We do have to close the business day at 2am. Yes, you were charged a no show, however the charge was changed to room charge after you checked in. We checked you in when you arrived, so I'm not sure why you are reference that you need to make appropriate accommodations. I would suggest in the future letting the front desk know you will be arriving late in advance.

Clean. Close to the highway. Lots of restaurants around. Had little kitchenette if needed. Plenty of space in the room. Desk staff were great
