Nice and lots of nature to see

The house was fine other than a couple of scorpion we found. Luckily they were already dead. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, I just wish the water was a little closer and more swimmable. The low lake levels are really apparent when you see for far the neighboring boat ramp is from the water.

Girls Trip

The house was perfect for a short trip to the Hill Country. I visited the house last year and fell in love with the views. It was the perfect place to go back to with a group of friends. The hosts communicated throughout our stay and told us to reach out if we needed anything. The deck has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The chairs are comfy and perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. We really enjoyed the small fire pit on the cooler nights! We also enjoyed walking down the steps to get to the water. My friends and I are already planning our return trips with our families!

Eclipse 2024

We had family traveling from all corners of the country for a fun Eclipse event. The house was great, the lake was beautiful (even though it was very low and not super accessible) and there was plenty of fun things to do around the area. Too bad our eclipse viewing was clouded over but we still had a great time.

Peaceful Retreat

This was a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed the views from the back patio. However, the lake level was very low at the time. We also enjoyed cooking on the grill. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, and home was very clean. We took a short drive into Gruene for the afternoon one day, and about an hour drive to San Antonio another day. Communication and response with the property team was very quick. We would recommend this home for adults or for families as there is plenty of room outdoors to run and play.

Cute house-excellent views

We had a great time! House was comfortable. Back deck was awesome with a fire pit that was nice on NYE..we could see fireworks all around the lake. Cleanliness was sub par (especially of kitchen) but I always plan to do a once over since I cook a lot. I’ve texted with property management and they were grateful for specific cleaning needs. I highly recommend this property.

Stated one room king. One room queen.one room queen on one site another stated bunk beds. When we got there one bedroom king, one bedroom not queen (full size), one bed a trundle with full bed. The view on back porch GORGEOUS! lake is down but view is peaceful. They have bird feed and when we put the feed in feeders, so many birds!!! So peaceful. If we come back to this area,we will book here again!

Weekend trip!

The perfect home for our weekend getaway on the water. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. The view was gorgeous from the back porch. We enjoyed the furry creature visitors! Easy 30 minute drive to Gruene. An item was left at the property and was easily located & returned back to me via usps. We are already looking forward to a return stay!

Canyon Lake Vacay

Enjoyed the great view of the lake and ease of accessing the water. Enjoyed many hours on the wonderful deck and the animals that we saw. Have never seen a porcupine up close until this vacation. It was an enjoyable relaxing experience.

Perfect house for a family vacation.

Property was exactly as pictured. Property manager was very easy to contact and very helpful. Great lake view from the deck with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The accommodations provided were very good . As well as the house being very clean . Various wildlife that visits the property each day. Short trip into town with a very well-stocked grocery store. As well as great places to eat nearby. Overall a great place to relax and spend time with family. We love it so much we’ve stayed two years in a row and will definitely go again.
