Everything was great, but we did not have one of the days the room cleaned. It did not clearly stated that they do not have parking for the car, had to pay $30 daily for one nearby (not bad, but not included). The beds were not the newest or best, you kind off sunk in.

This hotel is on the border of the French Quarter. So you can easily walk to the French Quarter in under 10 minutes. The hotel is clean and safe. You need a key card to enter the building at night and to go up the elevators, so it is very safe. Breakfast is available for a fee in the lobby cafe. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially LaLa at the front desk!

One of the worst stays I've had at a hotel affiliated with Hilton. Front desk attendant when checking in and out was the least hospitable, did not ask how our stay was or any of the standard conversation starters. Room 1511, - the TV remote did not work, had batteries, tv was non responsive, manually turned on the TV with the local power button "no input" - soap dispensers in the shower were empty - no klinex in the bathroom - no trash bags in any of the trash cans - one of the bed side lamps didn't work - refrigerator wasn't cold in the slightest - HVAC system was non responsive at all. Called the front desk late at night after being out and the attendant did not apologize, did not offer any blankets or any accommodations. Just said they don't have any open rooms to change or no late night repairmen.

The staff was very personable. The room was clean but was hot and we could not lower the thermostat. The valet was terrible. There was no one ahead of us and it took over 30 minutes just for them to show up to get the keys before retrieving our vehicle. We definitely would self park and bring a fan if we stay again

Clean room. The smell when you walk into the hotel was amazing. I ask the women at the front desk what was it, but she said she don’t know. I also loved the concrete floors in the room.

Fairly good location so lots of places to eat within 10-15 minutes walk. Menu at hotel was changed but not updated online. Rooms were not clean - my sister's room had hair from the previous stay all on the bathroom floor so was not cleaned. Bathroom layout was poor, toilet right next to opening of shower door so very tight. Concrete floor and rug only around bed thus floor freezing cold. House keeping was done very late and had to request - accept that there may have been a problem re ICE but not communicated until last day. Numerous charges have appeared on credit card which I was unaware of when checking out and now having to challenge. Staff not very friendly and some of the bar staff were very rude.

Room floor is looking extremely tired, the concrete floor is dirty with holes and cracks in it. Our room upon check in had hair in bathroom. Room service not provided. And most importantly hotel staff in lobby and bar and restaurant all extremely rude. Instead of saying hello when they see you waiting for a table they said “yea?”
