The hotel was very nice along with the staff. Only downsides were the cleaning staff banging on our door at 9:00 a.m.. and also we were not told about the $10 benefit had to be used by midnight so we lost out on this.

The property is a bit worn, and the bathrooms dated. But the room overall was large and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The Murray Hill neighborhood is centrally located. Overall, you can’t beat it for the price.

Wonderful staff

Staff at front desk was very pleasant and had us check in early. It was my daughter’s birthday and they were very kind to upgrade our room. Wonderful spacious room with great view of the Chrysler building. We loved our stay, thank you!
