Picturesque Vineyard and Valley Views, Quiet and Private Setting, Huge Deck, *Complimentary Wine*

This incredible wine country home is surrounded by rolling hills and picturesque vineyards. There are breathtaking views in almost every direction and the 'Little Farm' retreat is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy everything the Willamette Valley and Pacific Northwest has to offer.



Inside, you will find the primary bedroom on the main floor, along with the kitchen, dining table for 6, and living area. There are hardwood floors throughout and windows in almost every direction, the entire area is bathed in natural light. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms with queen beds. You'll definitely want to enjoy all the time you can on the huge deck in the back overlooking countless acres of vineyards. Occasionally there may be workers taking care of the vines and and surrounding property as these are working vineyards.



The location is excellent as many have enjoyed being in the country but close to the city. The vineyard belongs to Eminent Domaine which is absolutely fantastic. While there are many vineyards in the region, you won't want to miss this one. We have no doubt your stay at 'Little Farm' will be nothing short of wonderful.



**ADDITIONAL INFO FROM OWNER**



There should be a bottle of Eminent Domaine Rose in the fridge for guests upon arrival. We farm organically, but it is a working vineyard so workers/tractors/spraying is on a schedule and will happen. We, or a staff member may be on the property at times but do not disturb guests. The house is on a gravel road, approximately .5 miles from paved roads, just fyi. Our residence and tasting room is 2 miles down the road, so we are readily available for assistance, recommendations or a tasting room visit. No events or parties allowed. Security cameras are in use, but only front facing for security. The garage is used for storage and not available to guests. The home is located on a gravel road.



This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

The Little Farm is a jewel! The home is very well appointed, sits right in the midst of a beautiful vineyard, and has amazing views of Mt Hood! Its close proximity to excellent wineries is a major plus.

Girls weekend! This was the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at this Wonderful house. Fully Equipped kitchen and super comfortable beds. The grounds were lovely and the location within wine country was serene. Because it is off any main road, there was no traffic noise, just lovely nature noise. There is a little chicken house on the property (no roosters) and we were provided fresh eggs each morning. We are already setting our dates to return next for our Annual girls trip.

Serene Stay in the Vineyard

We rented this house for a father daughter weekend. The views were outstanding! The location was so quiet and peaceful. The bedding was very comfortable and the home was clean an spacious. The access to wineries can not be beat. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to go wine tasting.

Fabulous in every way

Amazing Weekend Away

I stayed at the Little Farm with two friends from Bend. We had a wonderful time at the Little Farm - beautiful views, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and a perfect centrally located location. It was absolutely perfect and we hope to book another weekend there in the near future. We also took advantage of the free wine tasting and thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting experience too!

Wonderful Weekend at Little Farm

We stayed at Little Farm for a girls trip and had the best time. The house is spacious with plenty of room. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine, and the awesome location with wineries in walking distance (several less than 5 minutes away). We met the owners and felt genuine warmth in both their conversation and in their hospitality. Great stay!

Amazing stay

Great location in the vineyard and close enough but far enough away from town. The house is new with all the amenities you could want. Check in process and communications were super easy. Next time we are in the wine country, we will definitely try to stay here again! Absolutely 5 stars!

Little Farm heaven!

Little Farm is a wonderful place to stay in the wine region! The home is quiet, extremely clean, and a great layout. We enjoyed the deck, the location, and the views every day. Little Farm is very central to the region’s wineries and a short 15-20 min drive from Newberg or Dundee. The home is well-stocked and very comfortable! We will definitely look to stay here again on future trips.

Everything was perfect!

A group of 6 adults stayed here to celebrate a milestone birthday. The home was beautiful with stunning views. There was plenty of room and the house came stocked with everything we needed. The owners left us a wonderful bottle of wine from their winery, Eminent Domaine (definitely worth visiting). We were located minutes from several wineries. It was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely come back again.

Fabulous Property

What an excellent property. We enjoyed our stay at Little Farm. The home is well equipped (one of the best equipped kitchen's I have seen for short term rentals) This property is very close to our favorite vineyards and close to area towns an grocery stores. Beds are comfortable, the home is clean, the views are amazing and the property is serene and quiet. Communication is prompt. We will stay here again, next visit. Thanks so much!

Little Farm, Big Rating

We spent 3 nights at Little Farm and it did not disappoint. There were 2 couples staying at the house and the bedroom arrangement made it perfect for privacy. We stayed downstairs and our friends had the upstairs bedrooms and bath. The house was super clean and very inviting. We enjoyed the quiet of the vineyard and surrounding farms. The view was beautiful. The chickens and cats were fun to watch as they roamed around outside. Communicating with the iTrip property manager was super easy. We will certainly consider staying at this property again.
