The ideal starting point to exploring everything Niagara has to offer. After a long day of adventure, retreat back for much needed rest and relaxation. Indulge in a jetted bath and cozy up with your favorite book by the fireplace.



The Space:

The property backs onto a forested area where deer and other wildlife frequently visit us. Grab a cup of coffee and watch the deer go by.



The suite was designed with comfort in mind. Inside you will find:



Kitchenette; mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and sugar, mugs.



Unlimited high speed WIFI.

Roku TV with complimentary Netflix account with other streaming apps available.



Plush bedding and towels provided.



Private driveway parking for 1 vehicle. Bicycle covers are available in the room closet for outdoor storage. Please no bikes inside (dirt and water tracked in can cause damage).



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the guest suite from the exterior of the house.



The backyard is divided between the homeowner and guest. Guests can enjoy their private section of the backyard and their own patio.



Guests do not have access to the rest of the house or the full kitchen. Breakfast is not included.

Other Things to Note:

Just a heads up, there's a dog on the property who's fluent in 'quiet,' so no need to worry about any barking. You may see him in the backyard but it is gated/separated from guest access.



We are located on a quiet residential street backing onto a forest. We often see forest animals walk by and experience the sights and smells.



Guests do not have access to the rest of the house or the full kitchen. Breakfast is not included.



A $500 pre-authorized hold will be placed on your credit card a few days before check-out for incidentals. This is not a charge—just a temporary hold—and it will be automatically released within a few days after your stay, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.



⚠️ Note: We firmly work within our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking in case of unexpected changes, illness, or travel delays. Please note, refunds on cancelled reservations are subject to a payment processing fee of roughly 3%.



House Rules:

1. No unauthorized guests allowed. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.

2. No loud music.

3. Outdoor noise but be kept to a reasonable volume in respect of our neighbours. Outdoor quiet hours between 9pm-9am.

4. Unauthorized late check out fees apply.

5. No bicycles inside the suite. Use covers (in closet) to store them safely in the backyard. $100 fee per bicycle for violations.

6. Charges apply when house rules are broken.
