Across street from property is industrial and/or doing a lot of work cranes and a lot of construction material. Main issue we had was the bathroom it smelled horrible. ( almost like a cesspool back up) it was disgusting. Another issue I had was when I called the front desk to request wash clothes ( for shower) they brought up cleaning microfiber clothes( didn’t make and sense)

Line elevator out of service

The lone elevator was not working. This was a major inconvenience for us as we are not as nimble as we used to be and getting around was burdensome. An apology was offered by staff but nothing else.

When I checked in, I had asked for a handicapped room with two queen size beds. After checking in we found that our first floor room was on a secon floor and the elevator was broken. The poor counter clerk has no idea what to do as both my husband and I were using walkers. Our daughter suggested that maybe there was another entrance. Ye there was, but it involved 7 steps. So we agreed to try them and with lots of help made our way to the room. When we entered the room we were pleased to see how great it looked! However when we went to bed, we two elderly cripples found that they were NOT queen size beds, but full size. Large husband and I spent an uncomfortable night not being able to turn over. All I can say is that the bathroom worked out OK even though it was NOT handicapped accessible.
