This updated turnkey cottage was extremely well-equipped with everything we needed. It was very attractively decorated. Beds were comfortable and A/C kept us cool. It was a short drive to the private association beach that borders Rocky Neck State Park with easy drop-off and convenient parking.

Communication was great leading up to check-in which went smoothly. The house was clean and the kitchen had appliances, along with plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware to use. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to have a small family Thanksgiving. Quiet neighborhood, a 5 minute drive to Rocky Neck State Park. Great cottage!

This well maintained cottage in Niantic was clean, cozy and comfortable. While we didn’t have an opportunity to cook, the kitchen was well equipped. The house plants and great selection of books was a nice touch. The owners Bob & Jill were very accessible. We would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant neighborhood with great ocean access.

Being before 4th of July weekend it was very peaceful and we enjoyed several encounters with local wild life deer and shore birds of many feathers. Beautiful well appointed home with many wonderful features, wildflower entryway, complete eat in kitchen, comfortable living room with vaulted ceiling, relaxing setup bedroom’s, walk in shower and large sink surface area, rocking front porch and large backyard with patio.
