Guest access The home is set up for self check-in. Guests can access the electric driveway gate with a code, and the home via lockbox and will have access to the entire home and yard. The detached garage is not accessible for guests. There is gated parking for at least 3 to 4 cars, street parking is limited.

3. Absolutely no parties or loud/late-night gatherings. We have neighbors nearby on both sides who are noise-sensitive. Please respect the serenity of the neighborhood. If you`re looking for a place to cut loose and laugh and play music late into the night, we have other homes nearby that are more appropriate. Please ask us for alternative accommodation and weâd be happy to help find a place!

5. Our wifi is excellent, but please keep in mind that cell reception is known to be spotty in this area.

We all thoroughly appreciated the Scandinavian architecture of the homeâthe details added to an overall feeling of being transported to a faraway cottage in the woods. We liked how close we were to Point Reyes Station and an invigorating trail hike within 10mins of the property. The cleanliness met our âOCDâ standards and the sleeping arrangements from the linens, pillows, beds were superb! We enjoyed the deck and exploring the property; almost wishing the beautiful âLâOrangerieâ(potting shed) and chicken coop were fully functional ;) We all agreed we would definitely go back to this property!
This was our first stay at this breathtaking home. Weâve stayed in many vacation rentals all over the globe and this one is among those special ones that you feel belongs on Sunset magazine or Architectural Digest. The home is impeccably clean, comfortable and surrounded by beautiful CA forest. We enjoyed the sauna and just enjoyed taking in the surroundings over a sunny weekend. Home is located near Fairfax, Pt. Reyes and other points of interest. The home is designed over multi-levels including stepping into/out of bathroom and showers, so those with mobility issues should take this into consideration. Each room has a loft accessed via ladder. Our teen loved it and set up a makeshift bed to sleep in one of the lofts. Easy check in and check out process and appreciate that there were no chores to do which means we could spend every last minute enjoying our stay. Thank you for sharing this slice of heaven, we look forward to a longer visit in the future and exploring more of the area.
