This 3 bedroom/3 bath house is directly on the Chesapeake Bay, half a mile
from the nearest sandy beach, and convenient to Virginia Beach, downtown
Norfolk, convention centers, CNU, ODU, and naval bases.
It features a dock for swimming and tanning, decks on both floors, and amazing
water views from 3 bedrooms. Fully loaded with amenities, you will have a full
kitchen, dining room, Roku TVs in every bedroom, WiFi, and central air. 2-car
garage and driveway parking for 4 vehicles total. Pets allowed with fee.
The master has a king bed and large sectional, and the other 2 bedrooms each
have 2 queen beds, so it is capable of sleeping a large group. Parks a maximum
of 4 vehicles, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Do not attempt to park
more than 4 vehicles. No parties or loud music allowed.
**Rental Agreement and Fee Schedule**
By placing your booking, you agree to the following conditions. Violating the
conditions will result in a loss of security deposit or automatic AirCover
charges depending on rental platform.
**Check-in** time is 4 PM or later. **Check-out** time is 10 AM. Early check-
ins and late check-outs for 1 PM are available by request with payment of
associated fee.
**Parties and loud music** are strictly prohibited by the platform, civic
league, and city. Noise complaints will result in immediate eviction.
**Number of guests** noted on reservation must be accurate. Some platforms
base pricing on this number. Undeclared guests are not allowed.
**Pets are only allowed if well-trained and housebroken, with payment of pet
fee.** Dangerous or loud animals that disturb neighbors are not allowed. Pets
are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Guest will be charged for replacement
of furniture that is chewed or scratched up by pets. Pet droppings must be
properly disposed of. The emergency cleaning fee will be applied if the
cleaners have to treat home for animal droppings.
**Smoking inside is never permitted.** The minimum smoking fee is $250. Please
properly dispose of cigarette butts and related paraphernalia and do not leave
them on the ground.
**Parking accommodations** for each unit are listed in description. Please
adhere to the parking limit and do not attempt to park extra vehicles without
permission.
**Cleanliness:** An emergency cleaning fee will be applied if house is left
with soiled or badly stained bedding/furniture, animal urine or droppings,
vomit, food mess that attracts pests including unwashed dishes, or excessive
waste resulting in trash removal service.

**Pet fee:** $100 per stay + tax and processing fee for standard homes, $100
per animal + tax and processing fee for luxury homes
**Early check-in** 1 PM: $75 for standard homes, $100 for luxury homes
(discounted in off-season)
**Late check-out** 1 PM: $75 for standard homes, $100 for luxury homes
(discounted in off-season)
**Unscheduled late checkouts:** $100 plus $75 per hour that cleaners must
await guest departure.
**Smoking fees:** $250 minimum, $500 if ozone treatment required, $750 if next
guest requires reimbursement due to smell.
**Emergency cleaning fee:** $300
**Missing towels:** $20 each
**Missing pillows:** $30 each
**Missing bedding sets:** $200 each
**Mailing fee for items left behind:** $40 plus postage
