My check in experience was horrible! Check in time was at 4pm, I arrived around 4:45pm. My room wasn’t ready! I was here for a show that I needed to be ready for by 6:30pm,didn’t get to check in until 5:30pm!

This is a lovely hotel. There is plenty of parking but deck is a challenge to get into depending on your direction of travel. Rooms very comfortable. Restaurant food is a little ordinary and needed flavor.
