"Unfortunately the air conditioning at the room eas not working in the middle of the summer. There was no maintenance personnel available. And staff was very inconvenient at time of handling a situation. Had to leave 30 minutes after checking in. When everything is good front desk is great as soon as something goes bad they are not trained on how to de escalate a situation instead got defensive due to lack of knowledge. Glad I have a refund after a day having to call reservations. Because they couldn't offer a cancelation at the front desk. Had to drive 60+ minutes to a hotel the same night.. NOT RECOMMENDED"

"Staff was incredibly friendly. Check-in took a little longer than expected because the desk was unmanned when we arrived and another guest was in front of us. Location was incredible, walking distance to all things Niagara Falls. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. Carpet was stained and made the room smell like wet dog and Cheetos. Phone was crusty (literally), and there was a sticky residue on the table by the television. Linens were clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We slept very well."
