Cigarette smoke was pretty heavy when you walk into the resort, if your going to allow smoking in the one casino where you come into the lobby it needs closed off more from the lobby and better ventilation.

The hotel is beautiful,great location,very clean and room was beautiful. What I didn't like ? We couldn't get into our room until almost 6:30, even though check in is 4:00. The staff was rude, and we were given keys to a room occupied by someone else. We finally found the manager who went up to our assigned room to inspect it, and gave us the key.Not even an apology. There were many people waiting, including an elderly woman with a walker. The three sisters cafe was great. Great food,reasonably priced and excellent service. Casino was nice and very clean.Hotel is a convenient location minutes from the falls. This is my first negative review. We will not stay there again.

Very clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds. Not enough staff at front desk so there was always a long wait for check in and out. I prepaid through Expedia but then was charged an extra $25 at checkout for "hotel fee". At no time when I booked and prepaid was it stated that I needed to pay more at checkout. I feel like I was tricked into thinking the room fee was much lower than it really was.

The hotel was clean and overall quite good, but the front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming. I was also surprised by a $25 per night resort fee that wasn’t disclosed during the booking process. Aside from these issues, the hotel itself was pleasant, and the attached casino was a nice bonus.

This is a very clean property, well-maintained. The Three sisters restaurant has good food. All the staff I interacted with were polite. The bed was comfortable, and we had a great view. Close to everything.

It smells like cigarettes. The door to separate the mon smoking section of the casino was open, so smell of cigarettes lingered in the non smoking section. Staff was nice & friendly. The mattress covering had a slight ofor, made of cloth, not sure how often it’s change . It’s a good thing that I brought lysol. Due to the smoke smelled environment, not sure if I would take children there

Our experience was nothing but great. The staff was very helpful. They took the time to give us information on all the events happening at the Niagara Falls. The check in and check out was fast and easy. My family felt comfortable with our stay at the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino.

Bad experience

Reserved connecting rooms, after an hour of wasted time we didn’t even get the same floor. Nobody cared that it was a family celebration. Terrible staff.
