The electric shower control panel had a problem, took them a day to fix it, but they were responsive. The heating air conditioning unit did not work. I did not report it. I did not wanna change room since they were pushing me to change rooms and I have unpacked so I just Did not Use the heater in the cold.

There isn't any place to place toiletries in the shower. I stayed here a year ago when they were doing renovations and this hasn't been corrected. Carpets in hallways are stained. There are many maintenance issues. There is a strong odor of sewage in the stairwells. The beds are comfortable. Most staff is pleasant except for the front desk. I arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled check in time and was asked if I had requested an early checkin. I learned that they charged my credit card for the full stay that morning before I arrived.

Hasnt been updated since the 80s. My room needed so many repairs. Decent place if you are jusr passing through. Gordan ramsey should have this place on hotel nightmares. The bartender was wicked cool.

This hotel was beautiful. Definitely a nice surprise considering the mixed reviews we read before our stay. Although the interior was a bit outdated and in need of some renovations, the overall atmosphere of the hotel had a beautiful aesthetic that my fiancée and I both very much enjoyed. Our room was clean, and we were provided with plenty of towels and wash cloths. The shower situation was a bit disappointing, as we paid for a suite and had no shelves to store any hygiene products or anywhere to hang our washcloths in the shower. The jets in the hottub were not all functioning properly, although it was still usable. Overall I would say our stay was much better than the reviews we had read, but absolutely could have been more worth the money we paid for a suite.
