It was the worst experience, people smoked weed and it is said to be non smoking hotel which is the reason I chose it. I couldn’t breathe on my first night.

The breakfast was sub-par and the staff was rude and mean. I was snapped at when I asked if more hot breakfast would be coming out. Our flight got in at 1 a.m. and I was told breakfast ended at 9:30 since they've been serving breakfast since 4:30. they literally locked the fridge with the yogurt and milk and turned off the juice machine. The ONLY redeeming quality was the shuttle driver. He was in time, friendly and helpful! The rooms and hallways were filfthy. Its worth spending a bit more money for a bit more quality and better customer service.

Room was filthy. I took pictures of brown stains all over sheets to show staff. Had to leave, terrified of bugs to go and try to find another hotel. Was told to tell Expedia to try and get a refund, staff was not bothered. Awful experience.
There was more. Too afraid to touch anything else after a certain point.

Booked a room with a jetted tub but to the jetted tub did not work they gave me another room but that room was not cleaned from a the previous occupant . When I went back to the front desk the clerk (John) said he can’t help me and I should get another hotel If I want jacuzzi that bad instead of trying to find a way to make me happy he told me the I paid was cheap (3rd party deal) so I shouldn’t complain because that room is usually more

The room was dirty!! There was mold on floor in corner of shower, hair on floor by toliet. I couldnt even use the dresser drawers cause there was crumbs and hair in it. Had to wipe surfaces down. Only thing that seemed clean was the sheets. If i walked on floor with white socks the bottoms turned dark. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. But having a dirty room just ruined overall experience
