" Sue' the woman that runs the breakfast area is wonderful! The foods great, plenty of it and the area is kept spotless.Sue is everybodies friend,thoughtful and kind! The breakfast service and food are excellent. The dining room staff are friendly ,kind and do a great job. Check in folks are efficient and helpful ,gave me an amazing local restaurant recommendation . The rooms are comfortable. The shuttle service and driver very good. Id come back here again!

We liked the ability to have park and fly with the shuttle to the airport. They also opened the hotel breakfast at 4:30am so the early morning flyers don't miss eating. Kudos to them!!!

For the price I paid, it was great — they picked me up from the airport, breakfast was okay, the room was very simple but clean. It was fine :) The staff weren’t very talkative and looked a bit sad, but that’s a small thing.

Bed was hard, noisy airport location. The fiberglass was delaminating in the shower floor seemed like a plastic bubble you were standing on. Staff was friendly shuttle to airport was good.

I didn’t like the fact that my room had no key hole so I could not see who was at my door. It was stuff with something. I also found the front desk staff could have paid more attention to customers. I had a problem with my key and when I went to front desk no one was there. She was in the backroom FaceTiming with someone. She came to the front, phone in hand and asked me what I wanted. I told her my key doesn’t work and she asked the room number and reprogrammed it and gave it to me. Never asked my name just gave me the key to the room # I said. Being there by myself, that concerned me. I went back to 3rd floor and key still didn’t work. Went back down to desk and again no one was there. After a couple minutes the receptionist came from around the corner and pointed at me. I said key still not working and again with phone in hand she have me a new key to the room number I gave her. Never asking my name again. I felt like I was interrupting her and her phone call. Next day went to checkout and no one was at the desk again so I just left my key and left.
