Hotel was clean. Breakfast was robust though the same every day. Unfortunately walls are super thin and we had neighbors that didn’t sleep. They played music all night and it was awful. The hotel received several complaints and eventually moved them. But it took like three nights.

The room was not bad, it was clean, and the A/C worked. The TV remote did not. Also, the halls and common areas need attention. There seems to very little mopping or maintaining going on. The breakfast was not good, and the coffee was undrinkable, we had to walk to Starbucks 3 blocks away every morning. It serves a purpose of being walkable to almost any sight in town. Meh.

My room was not cleaned. It was so dirty including bathroom.Some one vomited in the bathroom tub and it was not cleaned. We decided to not use it and we did take bath even. It was very dirty, there was dust and dirt in it, it was not sweep and the corner was very dirty. I like the breakfast.

Not enough places for breakfast. The reception staff not very friendly. The room not very clean : dirty doors, floor and bathroom. We could hear the neighbors coughing and waking in their rooms. The mattress deformed and not comfortable. No air conditioning and water in the gym. The floor in the elevators sticking. The only good thing is that it’s situated near the state park.

The shower in the hotel room was terrible. The shower floor was uneven and buckled. Someone could fall down trying get it the shower. Not to mention, the shower tiles in the corners weren’t very clean. The closet door was hard to open and the dresser drawer wouldn’t stay closed. The free breakfast was pretty good.

I was just an hour and half early and they charged an early check in fee, the guest restroom didn’t even have the toilet paper. Elevators were difficult to operate and room keys it was difficult to say if we could open the door or not
