The hotel new an up grade because the elevator was shaking and made a little drop when it stopped, the room I had, had stains and dirt in the comers, shower curtain needed a washing.

I will never stay at this hotel again. Upon check-in, I was informed that I had reserved a one-queen room, even though I am certain I paid for a king room. The confirmation only stated “standard room,” so I let it go. We were then “upgraded” to a room with two queen beds. Unfortunately, the issues continued once we entered the room. When I attempted to use the bathroom, I discovered the toilet was clogged. I contacted the front desk and was handed a plunger, with the expectation that I would resolve the issue myself rather than having staff address it. Later, when we tried to watch TV, a message indicated that a user agreement had not been accepted. I again contacted the front desk and was told there was no maintenance staff available to assist. At that point, we gave up on trying to resolve the issue and went to bed. The next morning, we found dirty water sitting in the bathtub despite not having used the shower at all. Overall, the lack of basic room readiness and support from staff made for a very disappointing stay.

Room wasn’t that clean had a very strong odor like wet moldy. I had to request new blankets, pool was also closed which we were looking forward to swimming which was one of the key points for choosing this hotel. Some other guests had mentioned that hotel houses homeless guests so that could be why pool was closed. I was not happy with stay. Especially since there was Another Hotel in close proximity that had pool hot tub and free breakfast with shuttle to casino. I Was very disappointed in stay but it was my partners birthday so we decided to stay instead of dealing with the hassle of a refund and rebooking because we were running late for an event at the casino. I hope there can be some resolution for unhappy stay

The entrance into the hotel smelled like pot. The pool was closed due to a pipe that broke. The bar closed at 5pm so we never got to have a cocktail there. The bed was lumpy and the furniture in the room was worn. The only good thing was it was close to Mohegan sun and the price I paid was just ok. Renovations are overdue. The women at the front desk were polite.

Something else: We were getting ready to leave after a nice stay. My sister im law couldn’t find her car keys. We are taking the suitcases, a car apart and everything and check the room. Some of the young men working there went up and took off her room apart looking and also went out by my sister-in-law’s car. They took all our suitcases into this other room and they said just take everything out and you know, we’ll leave the door open and you can see if it may be in there. Thanks the Lord it was in the bottom of my sister‘s suitcase. The keys were in her sweater and they must’ve fell out. So a big thanks to the young men who help us and the clerk at the desk also🦋❤️
