The rooms are dated but once you are out of the room, it is stunning. Some rooms a re missing door, lights, ac controller and overall very messy They are undertaking renovations, better to book once the renovation is complete as rooms and lift are not functional

The resort is lovely. We stayed in a suite and there was confusion with checking in. There is a separate area for suites to check in which was not clear with the reservations. Our room was wonderful with a fabulous view. There is a very nice afternoon tea service, and a generous happy hour provided for guest staying in suites. The hotel was convenient to walk to an area with lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Lovely hotel very clean , the staff are a credit to this hotel they are smiley & happy. Only thing that needs to be looked into is the time of the bars closing .We paid £68 per night to up grade to all inclusive, the last bar (beach ) closed at 10.30 p.m. needs to be at least midnight.

Ayodya Staff are very friendly and excellent. The rooms are outdated and definitely need an update. My family had rooms that had leaking roofs and washroom, but Ayodya was kind enough to upgrad them to the Palace. My husband & I were upgraded at our checkin so we were very grateful. After request, we also got lounge access and the lounge staff are so wonderful. Thank you to Andina, Erika, Kari for looking after our needs. Thank you to the other staff as well A Note of advise: If there is any peanuts in your meal items, please mention a signage as there are folks who are highly allergic to peanuts which could result in deaths. Example: there was peanut butter in a tomato sandwich. Ayodya needs to take this seriously for North Americans

Always love to this hotel when I stay in Nisa Dua. Property is quiet old to be honest HOWEVER I can that how the management and staffs looking after the property ver well. Location is convenient, short walk to local area, private beach is amazing and clean.

The staff were all lovely but the room we had was dated and the toilet kept malfunctioning! The pools were nice but also very dated and could do with a revamp We also had very noisy neighbors, the rooms are far from soundproof

I, unfortunately, broke my ankle in the streets of Nusa Dua. I cannot speak highly enough about the amazing staff. Their care and empathy was above anything I have ever experienced. The grounds of the resort are spectacular. I thank them for my care and going above and beyond to help me.
