Everything was perfect. Room condition is so good. So comfy, dry and soft beds. Swimming pools are so clean even those are huge. No smell of any chemical treatment there. People are so nice and kind. Location is soo good to eat(just beside of the hotel there's popular street for food and massage) and enjoying shopping at bali collection. We could use pick-up car heading to shopping mall and private beach so easily but, no need to worry if we couldn't ride the car. We could reach there by walk just 10 min.

Absolutely everything, this is our second time here and we refuse to never not stay here. The people, the food, the room, the pool, the kids club honestly cannot fault it. Second time returning to this resort and it did not disappoint. Clean, staff lovely, food great, pools clean and not feeling over crowded. Great location where you can simply stay all within the resort and have a great day or wander nearby streets.

Breakfast choices was amazing anything you could want for breakfast was there from Asian and sushi to crepes and omelettes Amazing service by staff that would remember your name and room number Special acknowledgment to Widha and Dian for the friendly service and help The rooms were good size and very comfortable pillows and beds. Yoga who cleaned my room did a great job impressing me with his towel creations. I found the front desk to be helpful and super accommodating. The pools are beautiful and the property is stunning very lush and well maintained. Highly recommend a stay here for warm Balinese hospitality

They are ysing too much air freshener that was very concentrated in the room and had a hard time breathing. As no other rooms wer available we had to request an air purifier that helped. They do have a beach club that is nice, the attention was excellent and the food was good. But the beach had a lot of garbage and trapped in the seaweed and it should be cleaned out. No maintenance in the beach area was seen and the beach has a lot of corals that you can't walk into the water without sandals.

I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and resorts over the years and this one hands down was by far the best experience I have ever had. The hospitality was exceptional, the resort was beautiful and within easy walking distance to beaches/restaurants. Courtesy shuttles also brought you to a beach and shopping district. The manager of the resort, Milton, went out of his way to introduce himself to us and others and took time out of his day to get to know his guests. Really exceptional experience all around. I have already recommended this resort to family/friends looking to stay in Bali. Typically a resort is somewhere I just look forward to putting my head down to sleep at night, but this resort offered lots to do and was so relaxing. Big thanks to Milton and all of the workers there for making this an unforgettable trip.
