The staff were amazing, the resort was truly 5 stars. I ate at 3of the 4 onsite restaurants and they weee all really good. This is not a budget resort, but it’s worth every penny.

Fantastic hotel and fantastic service We had an incredible stay at the Westin Nusa Dua. It’s a beautiful resort with great amenities, also in a good and calm area. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The service was also incredibly good. We were very well taken care off to say the least. We had a garden room. There was an outside balcony with a sofa. Room was as expected, the shower floors were slippery and I had to request a double rubber mat. Water pressure and temperature were good. Breakfast options were sort of overwhelming- they have so many different choices, almost too many. The seating is also very close together and kids screaming was an issue. We enjoyed the adults only pool, but had to remind other guests every day that it is not for kids (both unattended kids and adults with kids who ignored the signs?)
