"This was our first time staying at this hotel, it's been years since we've been to Ocean City and the first time together as a couple. The hotel was clean and the staff we excellent. Our room was a bit smaller than I expected however, we weren't going to be in the room much. The only complaints I have was the water pressure in the shower. The Shower water came out very low, almost similar to a light rain. Our TV remote was held together by tape and the channels went in and out. At one point I was able to turn up the volume but then the I was able to change the channel. I had to turn off the TV or wait a few minutes and then it worked. Other than that, the experience was good."

"This hotel is fantastic! All the shops and restaurants are great and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We are seniors and the location is perfect-- just far enough to walk to the Inlet and pretty quiet and family oriented.. I highly recommend this Hotel and when we come back it will be where we stay!"

"Crystal Beach has many great points to note: It's on the quiet end of the boardwalk. It's steps from the beach. The rooms are clean. Beds are relatively comfortable. Pillows are great. A/C works well. Rooms in the "Boardwalk Building" have kitchenettes with small kitchen sinks, coffee maker, microwave, hip-height fridge and a counter top (no stove top). Ice machines work. The property has two pools, a gym, and a poolside bar. What they don't tell you: There is now an (approximately) $12/day parking fee that's not posted on 3rd party vendor sites. Unlike some of the other hotels with kitchenettes, there are no dishes, glasses, or flatware in any of the cupboards, so you'll have to bring your own. It's not a big deal, but just know that up front. When they say "City view," you could actually be looking at the side of the next building or the parking garage, not the bay. (We spent the whole day on the beach, so we didn't care.) No safes are provided in the rooms. Finally, shortly after check in, we had an issue with our toilet not working. Although they worked on it, the problem returned later that night. I called the front desk, but by then, maintenance had gone home. I asked for a new room. "We'll work on that." We went to bed. I awoke at 4:30 am and had to walk across a parking lot to use the poolside restroom. Finally at 5:00 a.m. we moved to a smaller but nicer room. Supposedly no amt. of refund because we used a 3rd party vendor. I would however still stay here again."
