The space
World Class 24 Hour Guard Gated Resort with Amenities Galore. Be one of the first to stay in this brand new 5 Bedroom 4.5 Bathroom Florida Villa. Home was just built and completed in September 2023. The home boast 2 Master Bedrooms with King Beds and En Suites. 2 Themed Kid's Twin Rooms and 1 Queen Bedroom on lower level.

Our spacious, air-conditioned 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa is set in the one of Florida's Top Family Friendly Resort. The private pool area has a covered lanai where you'll find a table and chairs where you can have a snack while you take a dip in the pool. There are also separate lounge chairs for just laying out by the pool enjoying the sun or reading a good book. The private pool area also includes its own bathroom for easy access after your daily swim.

Our villa has all the amenities for a perfect get-away. The Master Suite has a king-size bed with linens, pillows and comforter, ample drawer space, TV and a walk-in closet. The En suite comes complete with tiled walk-in shower and double sink vanity and toilet. The 2nd Master Suite has a King-size bed also with linens, pillows and comforter, TV, closet, ample drawer space. The En suite facilities including walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.
Lower Level Queen Bedroom includes Queen bed with TV, closet, plenty of drawer space and adjacent to main lower level bathroom.

The highlight for the little ones are the two magical themed kids' rooms! Let your children immerse themselves in the enchanting world of Frozen or dive into the underwater adventure of Finding Nemo. These thoughtfully designed rooms are sure to create unforgettable memories for your kids. The themed twin rooms offers two twin beds and includes, TV, closet and ample drawer space and adjacent to upstairs main bathroom.

All Bedrooms have TV's.

The living area has brand new comfortable furniture. It has a new flat screen Cable TV. We also have FREE Wireless High-Speed internet. The upstairs loft includes Sofa and Large Flat Screen TV perfect for the Kiddos to hang out and stream their favorite shows.

The fully equipped kitchen area has all the amenities you need, including microwave, oven, stove, fridge, ice-maker, dishwasher, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker, and all the cooking utensils. We have a nicely furnished dining area for your convenience which overlooks the pool. There are also bar stools for eating at the kitchen island. A separate utility closet is upstairs just off of the loft which is equipped with a washer and dryer, along with iron and ironing board.

For the real little ones, we have a pack 'n play, stroller and high chair.

Please Note, pool heat is recommended November - April. Pool heat is $175 per week or per stay if less than 7 days. Sorry No Pets Allowed
