Not what is presented

Not clean. Things are either sticky or greasy inc. furniture and rugs. Dining chairs too low for table. Upstairs shower had not been cleaned. Downstairs shower leaks, has mold. Pictures do not show the house as is, currently decorated with IKEA and Wayfair. No tables in the living room to set drinks on. No place to hang up wet towels or bathing suits. Door code did not work when we arrived. Have rented in this development before but this rental was not satisfactory.

Beautiful home

We had a great stay here. It was further than we thought to Disney but overall not too horrible. The master room upstairs was very comfortable and spacious. As another person said, the living room furniture was different. Maybe update the pictures. It didnt really matter to us. First time using vrbo and it was a positive experience.

Great Stay!

We loved the property! The only problem we had was that we had to call the company to get the code for the door because they never sent it. So maybe communication on that end could be a little better, but other than that everything was perfect! SN: I previously read a comment about the stove top being cracked. It’s cracked but works well! ;-)

Weeklong Vacation

Overall, the property was very nice and clean. We had more than enough room for our group of 5. We were very comfortable, and enjoyed the house and the community pool. There were a few inconveniences that we came across. The access in and out of the community was difficult at times - long lines at the security gate. I know that this really isn’t controlled by the owners
but wanted to point it out. The major issue that we had was that the dryer did not work. We called facilities, who then called in a repairman who could not fix on site. So we went without a dry for our stay.

Yearly Family vacation

Townhouse was very nice and clean. We had a few questions and very small issues while we were there, but someone was sent to help in the same day. I would definitely recommend this property. Me and my family would definitely stay again.

Easy acccess. Easy to get in and out. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and big house with the private pool.

It was an easy check in and out. The neighborhood is nice and close enough to the theme parks. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Probably need to fix the stove top since it is broken. Otherwise, no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was in decent condition. They supply you with 1 towel for each person, no dish soap or kitchen towel. Plenty of cookware & utensils.this is a 4 bedroom home , we had 4 people & it was the perfect size for us. A few more instructions on the use of the club pool & other facilities would be nice. We had trouble with the internet & someone came out & looked at very quickly, solved the problem. There are 2 master bedrooms & they were comfy. the patio area had plenty of seating, but could use a fan in the outside area.

Good stay!!!

The property was very nice, the neighborhood was great, only complaint was couldn't find some of the TV remotes, stove top was cracked. I think basic seasonings, hand soap and dish detergent should be made available. Overall the stay was awesome!!

Solid Property

The size of this property is very generous and clean. We had five adults (two couples and a single) and we each had our own bathrooms which was fantastic. We never felt like we were on top of each other and everyone was very comfortable. Extra points for fantastic ceiling lamp in the living room!! Thing to note for folks coming via air (vs bringing supplies in a car) - there is NOTHING in the kitchen like coffee filters, plastic wrap, salt, sugar, pepper, ice cubes or even kitchen towels. We made do; where I have found these things in other rentals so we were a little surprised. However, I do recognize that this is managed by a company and routinely cleaned and turned over, it made sense. The pool deck and outside dining area could use a pressure wash and it sure was nice to sit in the warm pool and relax!

It was a lovely gated property with an extremely bad rodent problem.

The inside of the property was nice and clean. Although the online pictures indicated a large leather couch in the family room that wasn’t the case. It was a fairly used cloth sectional in the family room. My only issue was the rats around the front door and the pool area. There were dropping every night from the rodents. Something has to be done about the garage stored in the outside containers. I could see the rats running around outside the entry door. That was disappointing. Otherwise, everything was great!

All was good except no wash towels to bath with. One and a half pots to cook in.

The property was very nice, clean and bed was very comfortable, pillows however were a little hard. I had to go out an buy something to bath with. My overall experience was good. I would rent again. Location was excellent.

Awesome Getaway

This property was clean and well maintained. Champions Gate community and resort are absolutely beautiful! Our entire family enjoyed their stay and spent a lot of time at all the pools, lazy river etc when not travelling to take in all the other sites Orlando and Tampa have. All staff was helpful and kind. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to go book here!

Great place to stay

The house was large, clean and eight minute walk to the oasis. It would be nice to have had some cards or games to play and salt pepper etc left to use. Overall good experience though.
