Great house, very large, and easy to see how 8 people could stay here. Very clean and nice amenities. One suggestion would be to update the pool table with new balls and cues, but otherwise everything was great. Very clean and nice amenities.

The greats:Location, central to many locations.Beautiful home and cleanToys for children, grandson loved the toys!Sleeps many, if neededExcellent price, cheaper than two hotel rooms!The flaws:House will not cool below 72 degrees and will turn up to 78-80 when you depart the home requiring 2 hours to bring house back to 72 degrees.Upstairs bedroom with queen gets extremely hot, so hot we had to move a married couple into a room with twin beds. Reached out to owner and never received a response about the ac.Amenities aren’t left out so you will need to search for them ( shampoo, conditioner, etc). Not knowing this until later we went and spent money on items we couldn’t find.Checkout requires you to strip beds and start a load of laundry, this was aggravating considering we were charged a cleaning fee and had to get to an early flight.Overall, when traveling and meeting up with family we like to stay in homes instead of hotels so we can be together and this location offered us that! If the owner fixed the ac control issues we would consider staying here again but if not, we would look to stay somewhere else.

We had a wonderful week spent at this home and exploring the area! The home was perfect, was decorated tastefully and was very comfortable. The location was also fantastic, neighborhood was quiet but still central to everything! We will definitely book again! Thank you!!

Great house , disney 28 mins , Universal 46 mins

The house is very spacious, the pool is clean and big enough for a family. The owner was very nice. If you dont mind driving a bit disney and universal are about 28 mins and universal 46 mins away. The neighborhood is very quiet and stores are close by. The cleaning of the house needed a little extra attention but overall it was good for what we needed just to sleep.
